3,500+ FAMILY ACCESS CARDS IN LABANGAL. GenSan City Mayor Jun Acharon hands over to a purok chairman of Barangay Labangal a bunch of Family Access Cards for his purok members at the barangay’s gym in early December. More than 3,500 cards meant to provide hospitalization benefits, medicine discounts and rice subsidies, among others were distributed that day.
