PBA Lounge opens for New Business Permits

Applicants for new business permits can now avail of the services of PBA Lounge located at the City Hall lobby.
This PBA Lounge is manned by personnel of the City’s Permits and License Division who are ready to assist new applicants for business permits.
The Lounge will process new business permit applications in a faster and convenient manner. This is in line with the city government’s thrust of extending total quality service to its clients.
Business permit renewals, on the otherhand, are catered by the Business Permits and License Division through the One Stop Action Center also located at the City Hall.
Agencies involved in the renewal of business permits are currently placed at the city hall for a faster and easy processing.
These offices placed at the One Stop Action Center include the City Treasurer’s Office, City Administrator’s Office, Business Permits and License Division, City Health Office, City Engineer’s Office, City Planning and Development Office, City Assessor’s Office, City Environment and Natural Resources Office, SSS, the different barangays and some notary public.
The One Stop Action Center which started on January 5, 2009, will end by January 20, 2009. (CPIO/ping aponesto)
