PUBLIC AUCTION SALE
Notice is hereby given to all interested parties that the OFFICE OF THE CITY MAYOR OF GENERAL SANTOS will conduct a PUBLIC AUCTION of VARIOUS EQUIPMENT to the highest bidder, STRICTLY FOR CASH, in the Philippine Currency. Bid proposals will be submitted to the OFFICE OF THE GENERAL SERVICES, Ground Floor, Old City Hall Bldg., this city on FEBRUARY 5, 2009 @ exactly 2:00P.M.
All bids must be accompanied by a Bond in form of CASH or Cashier’s Check in an amount equivalent to at least 10% of the bid price payable to the CITY TREASURER of General Santos.
Any interested bidder is hereby enjoined to investigate personally the property for disposal presently stored at CITY DISTRICT HOSPITAL COMPOUND, this city, which will be disposed on “AS IS, WHERE IS BASIS”.
The City Government of General Santos thru the DISPOSAL COMMITTEE hereby reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive informalities, to accept bids that may be considered most advantageous to city.
