prospective bidder/s is required to submit the following:

a.
Items for the
replacement of existing streetlights should be compatible with the existing
units/parts

b.
Prospective bidders to
submit a Certificate from the Manufacturer that they are an authorized
distributor

c.
Warranty for
bulbs/ballast should be at least one year.

d.
Prospective bidders to
submit sample on the bid opening.
